We offer a graduated pay structure. The more you sell--the more you make! For example, for each of the first five homes you sell, you will make 1% of the sales price (Prices range from $130,000 to $350,000's)


Sell 1-5 Homes-----Receive 1%
Sell 6-10 Homes----1.15%
Sell 11-15 Homes---1.25%
Sell 16-20 Homes --1.30% up to 2.5%!

You would only need to sell an average of 24 homes a year to make $50,000 annually--not including bonuses!
